Final Score

The custom game-show app behind Final Score, a live sports-trivia show (client: Nick Floyd / Final Score Entertainment). The host runs a Jeopardy-style board on camera; I built the whole product — the board, the question engine, the multi-device setup, and the broadcast identity.

• 01AI question generation grounded in real sports data (NBA, NFL, college FB/BB), fact-checked against Wikipedia/Wikidata before air, with difficulty tiers and dedup so questions don't repeat.
• 02A build-your-own-board editor — 3/4/5 categories, any custom topic, per-cell AI draft or fill, and a saved library of reusable games.
• 03Two-device live sync via a room code: the host drives the game on one screen while the audience board shows on a TV/second screen, answers hidden on the guest view — no screen-sharing, no cables.
• 04Multiple game modes: Standard, Street Interviews (two players race to a target score with automatic winner detection), and a Name-the-Player photo mode.
• 05The broadcast identity + motion: black/gold/chrome shield-crest rebrand, split-flap board reveals and count-up scores (GSAP), in-house WebAudio cues, WCAG-level legibility for on-camera.

The show needed a real product, not a slide deck: fresh, non-repeating questions on demand, a board the host could run and record cleanly across two screens, and graphics that read as premium TV from across a room — none of which an off-the-shelf quiz tool does.

Full-stack developer. I built the app end to end — product, AI question engine, real-time two-device sync, game modes, and the broadcast UI/motion.
